Yan Li earned her J.D. from the Santa Clara University School of Law in Santa Clara, California and earned her B.A. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Prior to joining Guldjian | Fasel in 2019, Yan worked as an immigration attorney in Northern California, specializing in corporate immigration. Working as an immigration attorney, Yan worked closely with both individuals and corporate entities in every case. Yan uses these same skills in the world of personal injury to help injured individuals against the multi-million-dollar insurance companies who undervalue their cases.
Yan handles the day-to-day operations of the firm as Chris and Frank Accident Attorneys (formerly Guldjian | Fasel) office manager. Her areas of expertise include supervisory case management as well as negotiations for every case that passes through the firm.
In her spare time, Yan enjoys wine-tasting, exploring cities for new culinary adventures, and spending time with her family and friends.
